We are a team of therapists working together to maximize your child's education through empowering families with education, training and support. We do this by providing quality ABA therapy in the Chattanooga, TN area.


We work with your child through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis. This method is used to develop an individualized program in order for your child to meet their needs.

Our Therapists


Sarena Cambrea, BCBA, LBA

Sarena is the founder and clinical director of Elevate Behavior Services.  Sarena is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst originally from Gainesville, Florida. She received her Masters Degree in Special Education from the University of Florida. After starting her career in the classroom, she was introduced to ABA and immediately began to pursue certification. Sarena completed her Applied Behavior Analysis coursework through Florida Institute of Technology. Since obtaining her certification, she has gained experience working with children with autism and related disabilities in home, clinic, and school settings, as well, as job coaching through Vocational Rehabilitation.


Erin Szarka, BCBA, LBA

Erin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2006, receiving her certification in 2008. Her focus has been in the areas of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. She began her career in Mississippi while obtaining her Master’s Degree from MTSU in Murfreesboro, TN.  Erin’s research interests at that time were effective treatments for children with Autism.  Since that time, Erin has worked in Nashville and then moved to Chattanooga to provide services for clients in a variety of settings. Over the years, she has developed special interests in verbal language in children with Autism.  In Erin’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and dog.  They enjoy hiking, camping, and listening to live music.


Cory Cannady, BCBA, LBA

Cory is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a licensed teacher. He is a from a small town in west Tennessee and moved to Chattanooga in 2009 to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After graduating, he began teaching for the Hamilton County Department of Education and taught full time for 5 years. While teaching, he obtained his master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. Cory become a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to continue his passion of teaching children and their families ways to help improve their daily lives.

Sage Hutchison, SLP-A, RBT


Sage is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as well as a Speech Pathologist Assistant (SLP-A) from Dothan, Alabama.  Sage and her husband moved to the Chattanooga area 3 years ago in pursuit of mountain views and good hikes. After graduating from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders, Sage went on to earn a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Sage is currently in training to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) so that she is better able to pursue her passion in serving children with special needs. 

Haley Logan, RBT


Haley recently transferred to The University of Tennessee Chattanooga to complete her Bachelors degree in Psychology. Haley loves being able to build her knowledge by applying her school work to her work here at the clinic. When she is not studying, Haley enjoys traveling, cooking, and being active.

Tori Shults, RBT


Tori is a student at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is studying Psychology and Education. After graduating in December of 2019, she plans to get her Educational Specialist Degree and pursue a career in School Psychology. Helping children excel academically, socially, and personally is a true passion for Tori and working in the clinic is helping to achieve her goals.

Emily Compton, BCaBA, RBT


Emily is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and Registered Behavior Technician from Tampa, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Healthcare from the University of South Florida. She’s been working in the field of applied behavior analysis for five years because she loves combining science and evidence-based practices with helping children learn and develop new skills. Emily and her fiancé chose Chattanooga as their new home after visiting several cities looking for a place where they can experience all four seasons and the mountains. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and going to festivals and markets. She also recently became a certified Body Pump exercise instructor.

Kyra Smallwood, RBT


Kyra relocated to Chattanooga to pursue a career in ABA. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Behavioral Health, as well as a Master's degree in Education from Tusculum University. Kyra intends to further her education by also pursuing BCBA certification. She has worked with children in various professional settings, but has developed a passion for ABA therapy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, and going to concerts.

Nathalie Spiesser, Behavior Technician


Nathalie has over 10 years of experience working with children in various settings. She grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This is Nathalie's first time in ABA Therapy and she is extremely passionate about what she does and the children she works with. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. In January 2020, Nathalie plans to begin pursuing a Master of Education, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder. When Nathalie is not working, she is spending time with friends and family, her dog, and reading.
