Morrison Springs Facility

Kes is from Chattanooga, Tennessee. She completed her bachelors degree in psychology from UTC in 2024. She has always loved working with children and helping them express their individuality. She is currently Elevate Academy’s assistant teacher. She assists Mrs. Fran in providing creative learning experiences to their students. She appreciates watching her students progress over the year while keeping their experiences enjoyable. In her pass time she enjoys swimming, crafting, and spending time with her cats.

Lauren grew up in Murfreesboro, TN and moved to Chattanooga in 2019 to attend UTC. She recently obtained her B.S in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology in hopes to pursue Occupational Therapy. After graduating, she began looking into careers surrounding therapy and discovered ABA. She felt like this aligned perfect with her passion for creativity and playing a direct role in helping others improve! When Lauren isn’t at Elevate you can find her traveling, outdoors, getting coffee, or spending time with friends and family.

Chloe is a psychology major at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is passionate about working at Elevate because she has always felt a calling to work with children and to help them learn and grow in this environment. Being at Elevate Behavior Services lets her combine her studies as a psychology major with hands-on experience working with children. In Chloe's free time, she loves to cook, wakesurf, and be around friends and family. 

Katti is from Michigan and attended Western Michigan University where she was first introduced to ABA therapy. She knew right away she had a passion for the ABA field. Katti moved to TN to finish her undergraduate degree in psychology at UTC. She loves working with children and making a positive impact in their lives. In her free time, you'll find her playing with her chinchilla, exploring new places in Chattanooga, and spending time with her friends. 

Chloe grew up in Chattanooga. She received her Bachelor's degree in psychology from UTC. She is currently pursuing her Master's in ABA. She has a passion for the field of psychology and discovering fun new ways to enrich others' lives. She loves working with children and has experience in a variety of different settings. She found out about ABA through her own research and immediately took steps to pursue her goal of becoming an RBT. In her free time Chloe loves going to the gym, cooking, and spending time with friends.

Morgan was born and raised from Nashville, TN but moved to Chattanooga in 2021 to pursue a Psychology degree at UTC. She found she enjoyed studying children’s behavior and wanted to work directly with them. She  was introduced to ABA therapy by a professor and immediately knew this was where she was meant to be. Morgan is passionate about seeing the direct impact ABA therapy has on children and their families! Inter free time, she enjoys going to Pilates, hanging out with friends and family, traveling, and binging tv shows. 

Brooke is originally from Memphis, TN and moved to Chattanooga in 2022 to attend UTC as a Psychology major. She previously worked with special needs kids in high school and knew she wanted to continue throughout her career. Brooke appreciates Elevate’s team environment full of passionate people who want to help kids as much as she does. In her free time, Brooke enjoys doing crafts, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Jordan joined Elevate to advance in her career! She is currently enrolled at Florida Institute for Technology to obtain her masters degree in ABA. She is very passionate about helping children improve in ways that will benefit their future. She loves creating meaningful relationships with the kids and her coworkers while making a difference in these kids lives! In her free time she likes to go shopping, be outside, watch movies, and bake!

Anna is originally from Franklin, TN. She moved to Chattanooga to attend UTC. She recently graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She has been teaching swim lessons

for many years and the past couple years with special needs. She discovered Elevate and loved that she could take her teaching experience to a new level and a new direction. In her free time she loves to workout, cook, and enjoy time with her friends.

Alex is at elevate because she wanted more experience working directly with children with disabilities. She has had some experience before through volunteering but nothing like this! Her future career goal is to become an occupational therapist who works with kids with disabilities. She is passionate about continuing to create safe and welcoming learning spaces for this community. In her free time she to listen to music and podcasts, do puzzles, and go to the gym!

Emilee moved to Chattanooga from a small town to study Psychology at UTC. She has always known that she wanted to work with children. She learned about ABA in her undergraduate and became interested in being an RBT after graduating. Making a difference in the everyday lives of families in her new community has become her passion. In her free time, Emilee loves reading, spending time outdoors, shopping, and spending time with friends.

Eva was born and raised in Chattanooga, and moved back right after graduating college. She graduated from Samford University with a degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education. After learning about ABA, she felt led to pursue a career in this field. She loves working one on one with children to help them build independence, gain new skills, and reach their fullest potential. In her free time, Eva enjoys going on walks, crocheting, and playing pickleball.

Eli found Elevate by chance when he was job searching. He loves working with kids and it immediately stood out to him. Eli has always worked well with kids, because he seeks to understand them on a deeper level. He wants to help kids feel understood and give them the ability to grow and learn. Eli enjoys writing books and playing video games with his brother and friends. He also enjoys attending conventions and events with his fiance.

Alyvia is at elevate to make a difference in our clients daily life! She has seen first hand how much progress clients’ can make through ABA, and is so excited to begin working with older kids to improve social, communication, and living skills. She has a B.S. in Psychology and loves  learning more about behavior everyday! She is currently a graduate student at UTC studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In her free time she loves spending time reading, crafting, and taking her dog on hikes.

Nick’s passion for this field began when his nephew was born with autism. Being part of his life showed Nick how meaningful individualized, compassionate support can be. He is passionate about helping clients build skills, confidence, and independence in a supportive environment. Nick finds working with clients incredibly fulfilling and also enjoys running, skiing, and hanging out with friends and family.

Kyra recently graduated from UTC with a Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Studies. She is passionate about working with children as she hopes to pursue a career in school psychology. Kyra found Elevate through a Psi Chi event and knew it would be a great place to further her experience in the field. Kyra is the 2025/2026 UTC twirler captain and has been a competitive baton twirler since age 4. She also enjoys outdoor walks, reading, and visiting coffee shops!.

Jenny has worked with children her entire career and decided it was time to try working as an RBT. She is very interested in working with clients with autism because everyday is a new adventure. She is the most excited about seeing our clients learn and grow. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, seeing live music, and dancing. She also loves painting and any art or craft that crosses her path. She also loves to travel, far away or just a short road trip to check out roadside attractions. 

Ananda is at Elevate because she genuinely cares about the work and the impact it has on clients’ lives. It means a lot to her to be part of helping individuals grow, communicate, and become more independent in their own way. Ananda loves building connections with her clients and celebrating even the small wins with them. In her free time, Ananda runs a small makeup business where she gets to express her creativity and help others feel confident and beautiful. She enjoys trying out new looks, working with different clients, and continuing to grow her skills. Ananda likes to unwind by binge watching TV shows after a long day.

Olivia is currently studying Psychology and Child and Family studies at UTC. Working at Elevate has given her the opportunity to further her career and get hands-on experience. She has always wanted to work with children and is passionate about supporting child development. and building new relationships with clients and co workers. Olivia finds it rewarding to help clients develop new skills, gain confidence, and celebrate every success. Knowing that her work can make a positive difference in someone’s daily life is what motivates her. In her free time, Olivia likes to hang out with family and friends, shop, and dance.

Cleathor is at Elevate, because he believes his personality and love for helping others can flourish in this environment. With his degree in Public Health, Cleathor is ready to be a part of the Elevate community. He enjoys working with kids and having a positive impact on them. Cleathor appreciates the time, work, and effort Elevate puts into helping clients’ development!  He interned at Camp Aranzazu and has been looking forward to being back in a similar setting. Cleathor enjoys spending time outdoors, taking roadtrips, and taking long walks with his dog, Bennett.

Aine graduated from UTC with a Psychology degree in December 2025. She knew she wanted to do something meaningful but was unsure what the future held. Aine was blessed to find Elevate during her job search and was immediately drawn to their mission of individualized care and helping kids with autism thrive. Aine  experienced transition as a kid when her family moved from Oregon to Tennessee, and wants to be able to help others navigate transitions in a way that works for them. She also loves the joy that comes from being around young people, and has fond memories of spending time with her little cousins in Ireland. Aine is thankful for the awesome staff and kids here at Elevate. In her free time, Aine likes to write, explore new places, get coffee, and enjoy the sun.

Brooklyn has always had a genuine love for working with children. This is where she feels happiest and most fulfilled. Being at Elevate allows her to turn that passion into something more meaningful! Brooklyn is excited to work with clients because she feels rewarded to be a part of their growth and appreciates the ability to play even a small role in who they’re becoming. In her free time, Brooklyn loves to go on hikes and walks. She also enjoys any arts and crafts!
